During this morning course you will be taught the fundamentals of building Canapés. The flavour combinations that work the best and some tricks to elevate them. We will go through and create a range of bases, key ingredients and finishing touches. You will go home armed with six different canapé recipes, some bits for the freezer ready to use for your next celebration and a wealth of knowledge on how to make and design your own in the future. Refreshments will be available throughout out the course. All containers will be provided to take your creations home. Participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event. Max of 6 per group.
