For those who grow you know! However this workshop is not just for growers and is the perfect opportunity to look at ways to preserve, process and store fruits and vegetables to see you through the year.
We will look at chutneys, pickles and jams along with krauts, oils and vinegars. Of course the ingredients for the day will be using the best that the season and allotment has to offer. You’ll leave the session with all that you’ve prepared and containers will be provided. Refreshments will be available throughout out the course. All containers will be provided to take your creations home. Participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event. Small group of six.
