Vegetables are one of the most versatile of ingredients but we all too often stick to the same prep and cooking processes. This course is the perfect opportunity to learn and explore a range of skills and techniques to elevate your vegetables.
Using the best that the season and allotment has to offer we will look at different methods for preparing, cooking and treating vegetables to add layers of flavour, texture and taste. These are all valuable elements of consideration when building a recipe and plate of food. You’ll leave the session with the vegetables and dishes that you’ve prepared. Refreshments will be available throughout out the course. All containers will be provided to take your creations home. Participants will receive an email with further details of the course prior to the event. Small group of six.
